Eligibility
- Products are eligible for return within 3–5 working days from the date of delivery. 
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags and labels intact. 
- Customized, altered, or made-to-order items are not eligible for return, unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt. 
Return Process
- Contact our customer support team within 3–5 working days of receiving your order. 
- Provide your order number, reason for return, and supporting images (if damaged/defective). 
- Once approved, you will be guided on how to return the item. 
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to a defective or incorrect product, we will bear the return shipping cost. 
- For all other reasons, the customer is responsible for shipping charges. 
Inspection
- Returned products will be inspected once received. 
- If they do not meet our return criteria, the return may be rejected or a partial refund may be issued.
