Eligibility

  • Customized, altered, or made-to-order items are not eligible for return, unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

Return Process

  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and supporting images (if damaged/defective).

  3. Once approved, you will be guided on how to return the item.

Return Shipping
  • If the return is due to a defective or incorrect product, we will bear the return shipping cost.

  • For all other reasons, the customer is responsible for shipping charges.

Inspection
  • Returned products will be inspected once received.
