Refund Policy

Refund Approval
  • Refunds are processed only after the return is received and approved by Armour Bespoke Private Limited.

  • In cases where the return is not applicable, refunds may also be granted due to order cancellation or other special circumstances.

Timeline
  • Once approved, refunds will take 7–10 working days to be processed.

  • The refund will be credited back to your original mode of payment (credit/debit card, net banking, wallet, etc.).

Non-Refundable Items
  • Shipping charges, if paid, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake (wrong item shipped or damaged product).

Delays in Refund
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, the refunded amount may take additional time to reflect in your account.

  • If you do not receive your refund within the stated timeframe, please contact your bank first, and then reach out to our customer support team.
